CARICC – IS A STANDING INTERGOVERNMENTAL BODY TO COORDINATE EFFORTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST TRANSNATIONAL DRUG-RELATED CRIME

A training for CARICC staff in Geoinformation System ArcGIS 10.2 was held in CARICC facilities

From 15 to 19 February 2016,  a training for CARICC staff in Geoinformation System ArcGIS 10.2 was held in CARICC facilities, which is an essential tool in the information and analytical work and enables to visualize statistical data on the map in the form of multiple  diagrams and pinpoint objects. 

 

The training was organized by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime in Almaty, with financial support of the UNODC Project “Monitoring of Afghan Opiates Trade”.  The training was attended by analysts of the information and analytical division and the staff of the CARICC Division to Assist and Coordinate International Operations.
